The Northern BC Truckers' Association (NBCTA) is a Non-profit Organization that is operated under the guidance of a Board of Directors, who are voted in by the membership. This Board is represented by two Directors from Chetwynd and Fort Nelson, three Directors from Dawson Creek and four Directors from Fort St. John. Director terms are generally two years.The Annual General Meeting is usually held in late April.

Presently the NBCTA has an active Membership of over 700 Members and another 30 plus Associate Members, representing over 5500 pieces of equipment. The NBCTA represents carriers from Oil-field Servicing, Logging, Road Building, Heavy Hauling, General Freight, Farming, and the Moving and Storage sectors of the trucking industry.

Supporting Education

The NBCTA is proud to support two annual bursaries to the colleges, for completion of training in the Driving/Mechanical Trades.
